The Story

Thomas reached out to us directly with the ambition of starting a podcast for his business to reduce CAC, establish market leadership in the Gulf and generate inbound deal flow.

What We Did

We devised a hybrid weekly cadence of guest collaborations and solo long-forms to achieve audience building and deals as fast as possible.

We invited acclaimed Dubai-based founders and operators (i.e. Jamil Shinawi, Obediah Ayton family office) for audience cross-pollination and networking (which eventually led to several business opportunities) and ideated solo long-form strategy that would position Thomas as a figure of authority. The former was very much top-of-funnel content whilst the long-form case studies were mid/bottom-of-funnel.
